What we collect

When you order, we may collect: your name; email and/or phone; a delivery street address, city, ZIP, and county when you choose local delivery (we deliver within select East Texas counties — currently Nacogdoches, Angelina, Cherokee, Rusk, Shelby, San Augustine, and Panola); order details (items, quantities, prices, fulfillment method, fees, and notes); and payment status (for example paid, pending, or cancelled). Card details are handled by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Venmo payments are completed in the Venmo app under a parent-managed handle.

If you leave a product review, we collect the name or nickname and review text you submit, plus your star rating. Reviews do not go public until a parent approves them.

How we use it

We use order and contact details to confirm payment, pack candy, arrange free pickup in Nacogdoches or local delivery in the counties we serve, send order emails, and answer questions. We use delivery addresses only to fulfill local delivery orders. We use review content to moderate and, if approved, display it on the matching product page. We do not sell your information.

Product reviews

Submitted reviews (name/nickname, rating, and written comments) are held for parent review before they appear on the site. Unapproved reviews stay private to the store. Approved reviews are public on the relevant product page. You can ask us to remove a published review by contacting us.

Kids & parents

The business is kid-owned and parent-managed. Parents may view order messages, fulfillment details, and pending reviews as part of operating the store.
