STEP 01
The starter candy
Every candy begins its journey just like you'd find at the store.
Our kids carefully inspect every bag to make sure only the freshest candy makes it into the freeze dryer.

STEP 02
Deep freeze locks in the change
The freeze dryer cools the candy to an extremely low temperature.
This locks tiny ice crystals inside the candy, preparing it for the transformation.
This is the hardest part!

Where the real magic begins
Now the real magic begins.
The machine creates a powerful vacuum while gently warming the candy.
Instead of melting, the frozen water changes directly into vapor.
As the moisture leaves, the candy expands into a light, crispy, crunchy version of itself.
That's why your candy gets so BIG!

Bagged, sealed, ready
Once every batch is perfectly crunchy, it's time for packaging.
The kids carefully fill every holographic bag, seal it for freshness, and add the Evolution Sweets labels.
