Pickup & Refunds
How handoff works in Nacogdoches and what to do if something isn’t right.
Local pickup
Free pickup is available in Nacogdoches, TX. After payment, we pack your candy and contact you (text or email) to set a handoff time. Timing depends on batch schedule — if candy is still cooking, we’ll remake or notify you.
Local delivery
We deliver within select East Texas counties for a flat fee based on county: Nacogdoches & Angelina ($5, $10 candy min); Cherokee, Rusk, Shelby & San Augustine ($10, $20 min); Panola ($15, $25 min). Angelina County deliveries run Monday & Wednesday; other counties follow route days. Delivery fees and candy minimums are calculated at checkout.
No mail shipping
We do not ship by USPS or other mail carriers. In-person sales at events may still happen separately from the online shop.
Wrong or missing items
If something is missing or wrong at pickup, tell us right away (or email us if you notice later). We’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement bag or refund when we can.
Refunds
Refunds are handled manually by a parent. Contact us at evosweetstx@gmail.com with your order reference. Food products that have been opened or taken home generally cannot be returned for a full refund unless we made a clear mistake.
